When you find yourself daydreaming about a career, where does your mind go? On the sidelines, my career allows me to be there doing what I love every day. Watching our ARYSE athletes compete, watching the coaches leading their teams, and encouraging the athletic trainers to continue caring for the team’s needs. As a coach’s daughter, growing up with sports, going to games, and being on the sideline, it is a place I find the feeling of peace and comfort and happiness. Amongst the noise of fans and the crowed stadium atmosphere, a feeling I can not explain as much as I try. The lessons I learn to lead, encourage, uplift, and to empower have a lasting impact.
